Crispy golden half-moon pockets filled with ground beef, parsley and traditional spices.
*Fry (while still frozen) in 350 F oil on stove-top or in a deep fryer/pan in batches, being careful not to crowd them, for about 7-10 minutes until golden. Drain on paper towels and serve.
*You can also cover each piece with some oil and bake them in a 300-350 F degree oven for about 15-20 minutes until golden.
