We are looking for a warm, reliable and enthusiastic Front-of-House Hospitality Team Member who enjoys meeting people and creating welcoming guest experiences.
This role is about more than taking orders and serving food. You will help guests understand our menu, feel cared for and experience the generosity at the heart of Syrian hospitality.
Your Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and help create a positive dining experience.
- Take dine-in, takeout and delivery orders accurately.
- Explain menu items, ingredients and dietary options.
- Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently.
- Process payments and operate the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain clean and organized dining, service and counter areas.
- Prepare tables and service areas before and during shifts.
- Communicate guest requests and order details clearly with the kitchen.
- Support online, phone and catering order inquiries when required.
- Assist with restaurant events, private gatherings and catering activities.
- Follow food safety, cleanliness and workplace procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen, catering and management teams.

Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is an asset, but attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are equally important.
FoodSafe and Serving It Right certifications are assets where relevant to assigned duties.
